Jumping Jacks and Burpees

In this video I’ll be doing 5 sets and 10 reps each Jumping Jacks and Burpees.

This is basically a full body workout, give it a try. If you can only do 3 sets- that’s fine.

Just keep going day by day and work your way up to at least 5 Sets. God Bless You.
